Selling The Effortless Way (STEW) is a Four-Phase Coaching Empowerment Program for Sales Professionals where they learn and apply the key techniques to shift the disempowering beliefs that block their progress, thereby manifesting the sales results they desire effortlessly. STEW is guided by Manifesting Your Destiny (MYD) principles, which has been recognized by scientists and philosophers for centuries.

METHODOLOGY

The program content intervenes into bringing the four parts of the brain in an agreement. Those four parts are : the left brain – the right brain – the midbrain – the brainstem. And each of these parts controls a major aspect of us. The left-brain is responsible for our conscious awareness and our thoughts. The right brain is responsible for our creativity. The midbrain is responsible for our emotional energy – the energy that powers us in getting things done and in creating memories. The brainstem is responsible for physical stimulus-response to activate action.

Each workshop is limited to a maximum of 20 participants to achieve effectiveness and optimal learning. To attain the alert state, music, movie clips, and On the Spot Application (OSA) are incorporated in the workshop.

 

MYD COACHING CLINIC Phase 2, 3, & 4

These are one-day coaching sessions that are conducted after the Two-Day Selling The Effortless Way (STEW) Workshop, Foundation Phase 1.

PHASE 2 : COACHING CLINIC 1

This clinic is conducted 30 days after the STEW Workshop. The objective of this Coaching Clinic is to RELATE. This is achieved by connecting the MYD principles and establishing a relationship of the principles to one's life.

PHASE 3 : COACHING CLINIC 2

This clinic is conducted 60 days after the STEW workshop. The objective of this Coaching Clinic is to ASSIMILATE. This is achieved by absorbing the core of the MYD principles and to make them a part of your thinking and action.

PHASE 4 : COACHING CLINIC 3

This clinic is conducted 90 days after the STEW workshop. The objective of this Coaching Clinic is to ACTIVATE. This is achieved by following through and reviewing the experiences and assignments of the MYD Principles and then acting upon them.

  • To realign and fine tune the MYD principles with the individual action plans.
  • To elicit current performance gaps and resolving them to move forward.
  • To review the assignments given to them at the workshop.
  • To check the awareness & practice skills and address current challenges.
  • To gain 30 days commitment from the participants in terms of performance.
